As the following images show, the pinouts on the schematic don't intuitively map to the layout of the actual PCB. The schematic shows the pin numberings increasing in parallel as you go down the headers, whereas the pin numbers on the PCB increase in opposite directions (pin 1 is marked with the square).
Flip the ordering of one of the headers on the schematic so that it more intuitively maps to the PCB, allowing for easier cross referencing by simply holding up the Speedy beside the header pinout on the schematic.
