Improve Data Importer #116

  1. Make file re-upload option available only when validation fails. image

  2. Automatically select genus corresponding to the project. image

  3. Disable Import Button. image

  4. Apply margin/padding/spacing around buttom. image

Fix warning and error.

  1. On fresh install and genus not configured. image

  2. Not validating unit to data type and when data file is empty (just contains column headers).
