Enhance the Download Form

Positive Feedback:

• I Love the germplasm selector! This makes it so much easier/faster to select which germplasm you want included <3
• The hover over experiment to see trait and germplasm summary is Extremely useful 👍

The following include suggested improvements:

• We say highly recommend but you actually don't have a choice but to select an experiment ;-) If we currently don't have a choice, the wording should be changed.
• We need to be able to select multiple species for download. All should be selected by default.
• The inability to select additional filter criteria after choosing multiple traits/experiments is highly restrictive. We need to discuss how to make this feasible (#25 ).
• Download format "Text file" is ambiguous and doesn't seem to work? (#26)
