progress bar for validation is confusing #38

So testing this last time I ran into a UX issue. I got to the validation step, watched the progress bar and then incorrectly assumed I was done 😝 Perhaps we should only show the progress bar for the loading step (4) and the validation step (2) should be a simple spinner (maybe the awesome plant navy one we have)?

@reynoldtan maybe we should use the same navy plant spinner that we use for quick validation in step 1 for the longer validation in step 2? I know it provides less information but then all validation uses the same progress method and no one will incorrectly assume they're done like I did 😝
