Trait - Method - Unit Data Storage Method

We should store our trait data according to the Trait - Method - Unit Data Storage Method. In this method, each recorded phenotypic value is directly connected to the trait, method and units used to measure it.

Proposed data storage: Link to current docs for the phenotype table

Things to Note:

• added project_id, stock_id, and unit_id to phenotype table.
• trait, method and unit are cvterms.
• location, year and replicate are phenotypeprops
• trait > method are linked via cvterm_relationship
• method > unit are linked via cvterm_relationship
