Make the bars sit on the x axis line as shown by bob chart, this way, we have an uninterrupted continuous horizontal line that will clearly define x axis.
The x axis can get busy with words and by adding extra vertical space to the x axis title might reduce crowding.
Sometimes the last bar is off by few pixels from the right edge of the chart area and sometimes not. Not so critical, but just pointing this out here.
