Description

Magnitude of Phenotypes field will provide a summary of phenotypes per germplasm. Screen Shot 2019-03-19 at 1 09 49 PM (2)

Dependencies

Testing?

Upload data to AP using a specific germplasm.
Setup Tripal 3 page for trait used in step 1.
Update fields structure of the germplasm type to include 'Magnitude of Phenotypes' field.

A page is ready for germplasm C. Mozart in fresh.

Configurations: An array titled Display Settings in load method of this field can be configured to:

Show summary of phenotypes.
Show list of phenotypes measured.
Summary of phenotypes and list of phenotypes.

To do:

Indicate a phenotype is of interest.
