add simple build check

Description

My enable failed and I think its helpful to have a CI environment to a) check for this sort of thing and b) provide an objective third party source so I can know if the problem is with my developer environment or the module. This is a simple CI script that just tries to install the module.

• [ ] This PR includes automated testing

Dependencies

I would enable CI and build this branch to double check that it's working as expected
