To test:

  1. Upon install, a block option, titled Rawphenotypes Block will become available in Drupal Main Menu/Structure/Blocks. By default, this block is in the disabled block list.
  2. Click and drag the block title from disabled block list to the desired location/block and click Save Blocks.
  3. Refresh/clear cache and access homepage.

I haven't had a chance to try installation yet, but here are a few suggestions from interacting with it on the test site.

  1. The KNOWPULSE.USASK.CA is quite jarring, plus it would be sufficient to show simply "KnowPulse". I see you are pulling the server name to make it generic, though :-) Perhaps there can be an administrator setting to change it?
  2. I often have my windows set to be half the max width (so I can have 2 windows side-by-side) so this is what I saw when I first opened the page:
    • Perhaps an easy fix for this would be to make the font and/or icons scalable?
    • Notice also the "Raw Phenotypes" gets squished by the "Need Help?" tab.
  3. I think the content is great! May I suggest slightly more emphasis on the number (you have # Files in your Backups). I think the default font for KnowPulse shrinks numerals a bit, so I feel like it may need to be counteracted in some way here as it is pretty pertinent information!

The changes look great!

Two tiny requests, then I'd like to merge this in before our meeting on Thursday!

  1. Under "Need Help?", one of the links says "How to Upload Data to KNOWPULSE.USASK.CA". I would also like this to say just "KnowPulse"
  2. The name of the block is "Rawpheno Block" - perhaps try something a little more descriptive, such as "Raw Phenotype Dashboard"

Thanks Reynold!
