Fixed Gap in x axis

Fixed the noticeable gap in x axis of trait histogram of summary page and anticipated a fix to a possible ambiguous sql error in the materialized view.

Description

Applied the additional spaces added to heatmap to histogram chart dimensions.

Testing?

Load histrogram for trait to reveal histogram. Observe axes for any gaps.
