drush command requires full PATH #10

typical me, i test the unit test and not the actual drush command.

drush trpimport-bibtex example/no_ws_example.bib

NOTE: publishing records is performed using a database transaction.
If the load fails or is terminated prematurely then the entire set of

Import is successful with full path, IE drush trpimport-bibtex /Users/chet/UTK/tripal/sites/all/modules/custom/tripal_bibtex/example/no_ws_example.bib
