Computer vision for environmental awareness

We will try to use a library such as OpenCV to detect objects.

• [x] Detect objects
• [x] Figure out where those objects are in relation to the rover
  • [X] distance (working on calibration and testing)
  • [x] heading (Sort of, right now just keeps track of the pixel of the center of the ball)
• [ ] Do things based on object position information.

This is basically done, just need to integrate it with the rest of the navigation systems.
