Skule-Hunt Point System and Drop Down for Mission Categories #837 #838 #839 #841

Contribution:

Ensured Skule Hunt Points are between 50% - 130% of the points
Added a drop down menu for categories then doing a restricted search just for that category
Added new judges to the skule-hunt-judges pages

Restricted Search Based on Category
Organized Categories in alphabetical order
Search works for every single mission in the final approved csv
Limited point system from 50% to 130% (make sure to use default settings)
Added judges and made their photos look cute
