Chapter 2:

Added instructions on uploading files in Jupyterhub RStudio
Added instructions on uploading the Air Quality data to the end-of-chapter exercise

Chapter 9:

Omitted .txt saving exercise
Updated the exercise to be done using Air Quality data instead of the placeholder sample_data.csv.
