Long and wide data chapter (previously 12, now 15) -- major update
Almost completely rewrote the chapter based on the last meeting's discussion
Changed wide formatted data files into long formats if they're used in chapters before 15 and that we had to use pivot_longer (except for one dataset that the long form is way too large).
Updated all the chapters that used pivot_longer() before chapter 15.
Overall, long vs wide format topic is completely sorted out throughout the textbook.
Multiple linear regression (new ch 19) -- newly created
Used the metal concentration data provided by Jess to demonstrate how to do multiple regression modelling, save the regression variables, and then use to calculate concentration given signal values.
Added a conclusion that smoothly connects to the next chapter (non-linear).
