Add key caretaking and managing exec presence at events to president and admin
Add marketing role
Add peer mentorship coordinator role

Marketing has technically already existed but just wasn't in the roles, and the peer mentorship one is because a lot of people are expressing interest in that type of event from the survey. We still need to think about who will do what!
