Mostly small edits, save for a restructuring of lecture 2 to more closely match its original state before I made the mistake of adding in more data frame material for last year's course. Turns out it was pretty difficult to cover all of that in 2 hours!
I've also added include=FALSE to all the code chunks containing challenge answers, since otherwise those following the lectures along with the material on the website were able to see the them...
lec 01
minor typos + edits for flow
lec 02
brought back sections on Missing Data + Conditional Formatting (partially) + Subsetting Vectors
removed lec 03 material that I'd shoehorned at the end here
lec 03
minor typo fixes + edits for flow
added section going through conditionals in filter - I improvised this in last year's lecture and it went well, so might as well have it in there
expanded on explanation of why we can ignore the . when piping into dplyr functions
lec 04
also minor edits for flow
lec 05
fixed broken link to paper in one of the challenges
