Add backup to slurm runs

After completing a successful run session, backup with rclone. Rclone command:

rclone copy isnoda:ERW_subset/runs/WY2018/ --include "*.bz2" --transfers ${SLURM_NTASKS}

Command to compress one month:

tar -I pbzip2 -cf run201805.tar.bz2 run201805[0-3][0-9]
