Removes message as it has been clearly stated by now that Fabric is not supported & DRM is looked down upon.

I think a screen just notifying users that the mod has switched from fabric to quilt is fine, but this feels like an advertisement

This PR is part of the author's overall harassment campaign against the Quilt community and therefore it'll be closed.

Concerns about the PMW screen can be discussed in a constructive manner on an another GitHub issue, although I believe that the PMW screen is still currently necessary for its only goal, which is to point a Fabric user who installed the Quilt-only mod to either use Quilt or remove the mod.

However, I will not be tolerating straight-up falsehoods in order to support a hate group's narrative, so I'm cutting this off right here.
