Empty Results + is_local Flag #100

Issues #98 and #97

When search returns nothing, adds a thing that says No results found!.

When loading from a playlist, uses the provided is_local flag over searching for the word local. Full disclosure: I don't have a playlist with local files, so I haven't 100% checked that this works.
