Describe the issue

When having jump boost you will false flag a lot and get lagged back if you jump when it runs out. It's a huge problem on my server as people can have jump boost 3 for 3 seconds so they get lagged back a lot. It's probably because the client still thinks that I have jump boost because of ping but it would be great if it could exempt for a little bit after jump boost runs out to prevent this issue.

How to reproduce the issue

Give yourself jump boost, wait until the timer is at 0 and jump just before it runs out

Any possible config options changed or plugins that may cause interference?

I cannot reproduce this on my test server. (It is 1.17.1 however. Not 1.8. Tested with both clients.) https://www.dropbox.com/s/ld4izv4qkuazub2/NCPtest.mov?dl=0 The data_reset tag as well as the video would suggest a plugin compatibility issue (mcMMO / skills / ?), rather. The Extreme_move one is odd, the distance should be nowhere near the activation threshold...

It's probably due to the fact that I have 100 ping, the client still thinks I have jump boost but the server doesn't, and as the jump is pretty high it obviously flags. And for the plugin compatibility thing, I don't think I have any plugin that changes physics or things like that.
