Describe the issue

Players are not able to place boats. If I add permission nocheatplus.* to player, that will allow them to players boats. Which I can't do.

How to reproduce the issue

Just try place boats. But you can't have permission nocheatplus.*.

Any possible config options changed or plugins that may cause interference?

I think I have nearly all detections turned on, except of chat detections. Nearly all options are on default values, except of inventory detections.

Use this variable. And there will be no problems with boats
