4 years ago NCP doesn't use an SQL database, your hastebin links don't open anything for me, and where did you even get the idea of this being an issue related to NCP?

How to reproduce the issue
Unsure, but it occurs if someone tp's a player to them.
Extra links/Videos (Including debug logs)
Any possible config options changed or plugins that may cause interference?
I have all Via plugins for client support, but no client changing plugins apart from the Via's.
