[x] Jumping into a waterfall will flag for swimup, as well as taking vertical velocity while ascending in water;
[x] Although not common in survival/most servers, there can be some flags when moving directly after a teleport when the liftoff is reset to UNKNOWN (fixed, hopefully, not tested);
