Observable(Multi)Map work

ObservableCollection and ObservableMultiMap have one. Just didn't feel like doing it during the rewrite.

Hijacking this for general map and multi-map work. TODO:

[ ] ObservableGraph.of(ObservableMultiMap, Function<V, ObservableGraph)
[ ] ObservableTree.of(ObservableGraph, boolean allowCycles)

I fixed up most of this a while ago, though ObservableTree bit the dust. Didn't find it useful enough to justify the work.
