TableContentControl, the class that allows easy, intutive searching and sorting of tables, suffers from some issues:

[x] When searching text, the entire sequence up to and including the search text is matched
[x] Searching is extremely slow for large numbers of rows, and the search occurs on the EDT, blocking input
