Improve BoxLayout #1

BoxLayout's behavior along the main axis may be enhanced by shrinking components to their minimum sizes as necessary when the container is too small to fit the preferred size.

An option may also be added to justify the components, filling up to the maximum size to fill the container.

Done. Maybe there will be bugs later or new features to add, but it works on the text test.
