When will it be possible to use DBM dimentions (Insertion orders ID, Creatives
IDS, etc...). We use analytics Premium and have it linked to DBM campaigns and
we have access to those dimensions in the normal interface but not the API....
It is very important for us else we will need to go back to using UTMs.
