Issue summary: We received the following alert via our property alerting us to
an overage in tracked events, "
Your data volume (693M hits) exceeds the limit of 10M hits per month as
outlined in our Terms of Service. If you continue to exceed the limit, we will
stop processing new data on Feb 25, 2016."

We have adjusted the property to collect far fewer hits and set up sampling
data, however the change will be visible gradually over the next 48 hours. How
can we alert GA that we have taken action on that property? I've checked in
admin settings and do not see the ability to follow up. I want to ensure that
someone knows we have taken action. Please let me know how I can alert the team
there.

Thanks,
Lindsey
