Issue summary:
We have experienced a significant drop in traffic on all of our sites for the 
month of February 2016.  We have not modified settings and only use raw page 
view numbers.  We are seeing reductions in traffic from 50-77% that can't be 
explained  locally.  From the attached chart, our numbers for most of our sites 
are fairly consistent, and looking at the daily numbers, the drop coincided 
with the beginning of the month of February.  Numbers for March seem to be 
following the same track.

Looking backwards to previous months, the current numbers on those are likewise 
lower than what we have previously documented (see attachment).  Was something 
changed on the system side that would cause this to happen?
