[it.i18n] Add missing italian translations, fix typos / excessive length in the existing ones #331

Hi, I noticed various missing strings in the italian translation of the UI, so I thought I'd create them. I also fixed some typos, and rewrote an handful of strings that were too long and were thus glitching the UI (as verified on my calculator).
