confusion about inclusion of "internal.h" #171

Hi there,

the unit test workflow described in lecture 10 of the Hammer Primer is not compatible with the current version of hammer. Adjusting the inclusion makes the example in the lecture work, but breaks CI (see #170). This should be resolved.
