Sharing on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn now opens up a small pop-up dialog window, rather than opening in a new tab with target="_blank". Here's what it looks like on the QS demo page:

Open up the QS demo (example/qs_demo.html) and try sharing with FB, twitter or linkedin. You can additionally change the data-qs-url or other attributes to see consistent behavior.
