28 remove jquery

What this did:

• Removed jQuery as a dependency from the plugin
• Removed getCount functions that no longer have valid endpoints.
• Changed/added font-awesome icons for share services.
• Updated the demo (formerly known as example) directory.
• Moved the minified and concatenated versions of QuickShare into the root of the project.
• Updated all development dependencies and tests.
• Updated README.md.
• Updated package.json to prepare for publishing on npm.
• Updated QuickShare version to 2.0.0 in bower.json and package.json.
