Host example output online #16

Could upstream some form of Loader.svelte to svelte-maplibre, but this is otherwise done!

Can't load from HTTP on the Github Pages deployment. S3 can't do HTTPS without Cloudfront. Cloudfront was annoying to set up from my memory, so either do that again, or host on GCS.

Switched to cloudflare. Mostly good, except I can't use s3 or rclone or anything else due to bizarre TLS errors, so output > 300MB is missing.
