Convert the geojson lat, lng coords to web-mercator
Manually performs the transform to tile coordinates
Adds an example geojson for ease of testing.
Outputs an MVT tile as well as the PMTiles to ensure that step is working properly
This seems to all work now and generates a working pmtile output. It's weird that we can't seem to use the transform directly but going to look in to this more.
