Proposal: The CLI should allow you to specify a comma-separated list of ranges. Ranges can be open on either end. so e.g.

• --year 2010 Search for anything in 2010 only
• --year 2010- Search for anything in 2010 or later
• --year -2010 Search for anything up till 2010
• --year 2010-2015 Search for anything between 2010 and 2015 inclusive
• --year 2010-2015,2020- Search for anything between 2010 and 2015 or from 2020 onwards

Not sure if it's awkward to have an argument value that starts with a hyphen (e.g. --year -2010).
