Some model validation: This consists of a couple of modifications to stationsim_gcs which cleans us how we initialise time-steps and agent histories, the introduction of some a notebook and some figures for validation and a Makefile to automate the generation of directories.
Generating figures for thesis corrections: Some minor edits to notebooks in EnKF experiments 3 and the subsequently generated figures.
