the code can be improved by enhancing modularity.

  1. add function to preprocess the code with -cpp-like tags
  2. delete inline comments (?)

@hamidrezaomidvar might be worth going through this script so you know how phys/module_sf_suews.F is generated, which is the core source code for the coupling.
