TODOs related to SUEWS parameters project for WRF-SUEWS (London)

• [x] g1-g6 and g_max: how to proceed? Maybe based on the majority surface fraction of each grid, we assigned the derived g parameters
• [x] Putting new OHM coefficients derived for vegetations
• [x] Putting new LAI and albedo parameters derived for vegetations. We can't put crop ones at the moments because of various difficulties, but given the short period of runs, it should be fine
• [x] Figuring out to do pre-Run separately for each vegetation to get the correct soil moisture. How?
• [x] QF: using population density from data for KCL or using the density in Ward et al. 2016 paper? using the population density from data gives over estimation of QF

Potential problems: if the majority of the grid is Bsoil, then we can use g1-g6 of Bsoil but we would not have control on rest of gs calculation for Bsoil because of the way SUEWS calculates it (unless we let the entire grid be Bsoil)
