It would be good to include this for better user experience: before putting our hands into this function, let's decide what features should be included.

as I need to compile the coupled system and process input this week for this issue #82, I think it is not necessary (at least at the moment) to combine this with the coupling-automator; but, instead we need to make the pre-processing more general: the current way looks too London-specific.

so I suggest we improve this pre-processor to be able to deal with wrfinput files after WPS more in a more general way, i.e., without involving London.
