revert pkgdown workflow #182

Inserted because of https://github.com/r-lib/pkgdown/issues/2126, and can be reverted as soon as next version (>2.0.4) is on CRAN.

2.0.5 is now on CRAN, but another issue has arisen via downlit (pkgdown#2145). This can finally be closed once downlit CRAN version is > 0.4.1
