'unzip' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file #23

When trying to extract GTFS, I get the following error:

'unzip' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

With no reproducible code,and no idea what operating system or anything, I can not do anything to help here. If you're system can not find unzip, then you're gong to need to examine reasons for that yourself - it can not in any way be related to functionality of this package. Feel free to re-open if you can provide reproducible code, importantly including code to download whatever file you're trying to process. Thanks!
