Fix valid grades and levels of study #35

Grades and levels of study are incomplete, see Kyle's complete list: https://github.com/UI-Research/education-data-package-r

Need to hardcode and document the correct grades and levels of study in the package.

I'm not sure if this is something for us to fix on the data end or for you, but either way is it possible to get access to the R package repo? Thanks!

Sorry Erica, this is for me. I saw Kyle's documentation and it made me think of a way to make the Stata package better. This is a to do item for me!

This is now resolved in the upcoming release.
