An "I know we've talked about this, but we may not have written it down anywhere" issue. Default line weights in charts? Macro uses 2.0 pt/px for web and print styles (also round caps and round joins, where style guide says square caps and miter joins).

One thing to keep in mind regarding line widths is accessibility: thicker lines are more visually accessible than thinner ones.
