the requirement of NCCS core files #1

Could you give me some details of the fields about the "NCCS core files" data? Some of the shorthands are confusing. And I cannot find any docs in your project or websites that describe the meanings of those fields. The related data as follows: nccs.core2005pc.csv

@CPUmaker Have you looked at the data dictionaries? The core files DD are listed up to 2013 but I'm unsure if that is when they were last updated or if they haven't changed since.
