Please document how all data are generated (costs.js, race.js, usdata.js) in README.md in addition, please:
remove any files that aren't used (e.g. model.html can eventually be deleted, or in data/source looks like there's a buncha test files etc that we don't need
put any files that aren't being used for the actual web product into new directories, I'd suggest:
R_model for any and all R code that is purely here for comparison purposes
scripts for build scripts, don't bury them in the data folder
