User facing updates #4

Hi @alenastern ! This PR is ready for you. I made many user-facing changes pointed out by Eli:

  1. Improving readme and referencing our vis functions. Notably, these should work with the changes I made in this PR, but I am more cautious on the readme
  2. Improve documentation bugs
  3. Add .Rbuildignore .gitignore NAMESPACE and DESCRIPTION, the latest of which helps with package imports
  4. Update the create_map() and create_demo_chart() functions to better incorporate packages with :: syntax and for create_demo_chart() to comment out all urbnthemes references
