Create a webpage for urbnmapr with pkgdown #37

pkgdown is a great tool for building static html pages for R packages.

I will build this and then add the link to the top of the GitHub page and the README.

I think the goal should be to have documentation for urbnmapr in:

Once we add the hexsticker to the README, it should also automatically be added to the rebuilt pkgdown.
