This file manager has it placed in the main menu and inside you expand the Pdf, Word, or Other categories of files so you can see how it looks there...

Maybe the Documents icon could simply be added to the baldphone's app menu next to other apps... I think that would look good and be accessible.

There should be a tab named storage It should contain different tabs such as music, documents, gallery(photos and videos), apks

This feature should be inspired from FX file explorer 'pro', available on play store with 7 day free trial.
